P, the daughter of my friend’s partner, lives in a polyamorous relationship in a foursome who have meetings to decide who is sleeping with who. She is engaged to a woman who had decided to transition to be a man and adopted the name Blaise but has now decided not to transition but to remain a woman. P is gender fluid and use the pronoun they. They have very large breasts and have decided to have them removed but not as part of a gender reassignment.
